Our complex offers 13, 1+1 apartments, each with an area of 58 square meters, as well as 3,2+1 penthouses. These penthouses are spacious, with sizes ranging from 111 to 116 square meters.

The project started on August 1st, 2022 and is scheduled to end on August 1st, 2023 buildings and facilities.
